Executive Valet and Limousine Service Terms and Conditions
We will require a Visa, Mastercard or American Express and a specific street address for the pickup location in order to make a reservation. We will request a cell phone number so that our drivers may maintain communication with you. Emails sent after 5pm Eastern time may not be received until the following morning.
Limitation of Liability
It is expressly agreed that Executive shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to any party for any amount greater than the singe fare fee for the day in question. By booking a reservation with us, you agree to our terms and condition and agree to be bound by them.
Executive will make every proactive effort to return personal items left in a vehicle, but is not responsible for any baggage, parcels, or other personal property. Baggage and all other personal property will be handled only at the client’s own risk.
Executive shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the Service Contract and shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strikes or lock-outs or traffic impediments beyond our control.
Executive's goal is to provide safe, reliable and comfortable transportation to each of our clients, every time we are called for a job.
